With this post we give you an update where the activities of Business in Wind these days are in full speed. 
 
#Austria 
Last week we dismantled in Austria one Vestas V80 2MW and is delivered in NL. This week the next wind turbine, a Vestas V90 2MW, was dismantled in the same wind park and now on its way to Poland. In this same wind park several new wind turbines are being built; Vestas, GE and Enercon wind turbines. Interesting to see at least. Later this year we will dismantle one more V90 2MW here. After this one is refurbished we will install it in Maasmechelen, Belgium.
 
#Belgium
Wednesday a small team of BiW drove to Maasmechelen in Belgium to join the first activities for the preparation of the installation of a V90. In the beginning of 2024 The Bolckmans group hopes that they can show there first used wind turbine in Belgium. 
H4A’s excavator driver, therefore, under the watchful eye of the invitee, scooped the first shovel out of the land so that work can begin on the foundation. Also, our Managing Director Wim stepped into the excavator to do a few scoops. Only what the visitors didn’t expect is that he went right to work like a proffesional without instructions. Because what not many people know; Wim has been a excavator driver for years.
Neighbours Roofoods of this coming turbine were also part of this beginning because they are going to use the energy for there company. 
 
#Scotland
Behind the scenes one of our Project Managers is active to get everything what’s needed at the right time at the right place. This means preparation transport for installation 4 x E70 (ex Hondtocht The Netherlands) to Strathallan Scotland. We tell you more about it in one of our next posts.

#Italy
Business in Wind sold a set of Vestas V80 blades to an Italian customer as a spare set. Earlier this week they were delivered by Vlastuin Transport. As we speak the drivers are on their way back home to be in time for the 40 years anniversary of G. Vlastuin Transport. 
As you have probably already figured out, Vlastuin transport is one of our regular loyal partners and this way we would like to warmly congratulate this family business with their beautiful milestone!
