In Northern Germany a community windfarm is being decommissioned. Seven beautiful young Enercon E-70 E4 wind turbines from 2014 will be removed to make space for new wind turbines in this area.
The ones we are dismantling are going to the Shetland Islands and Sweden for a second life. Some will receive an upgrade with DEIF control systems and others will replace existing older E-70 wind turbines.
Our new Site Manager Sjoerd van Veen is experiencing his first project and together with the rest of the team, they will make it work again.
