In Germany the first of two Enercon E-82 is decommissioned this week. The E-82 is coming from a concrete tower and will be installed in Sweden on a tubular steel tower. That means that all internal components have to be placed in new developed frames to fit into a 4m diameter tower instead of a 8m concrete.
The hub is already in our workshop where we will replace the main bearings. The other components will follow soon to be refurbished and transported to Sweden for a second life.

The second E-82, decommissioned in coming weeks, will be refurbished and available for spare parts.
