The past period we have intensively tested the DEIF control system installed in 4 refurbished Vestas V80 wind turbines which we have installed in a quarry.
This quarry is a turbulent site and wind speeds in December have been high.
All this gave us the chance together with DEIF to improve controls and customize the software to the conditions at this site to optimise the wind turbine behavior.
Coming week all will be handed over to the owner and the service provider with a 20 years full service maintenance agreement.
