In the last two weeks our teams were involved in several projects in Europe, with this post we share an overview.
> Decommissioning a NegMicon NM92 2.75MW and replace it with a Vestas V90 3MW wind turbine. It is on the most eastern point of UK, in Lowestoft, called Ness Point and the wind turbine is called Gulliver
> Unloading a ship in Barletta, Italy with four Vestas V90 3MW wind turbines
> Working in house on the refurbishment of a Vestas V90 2MW which will go to Sweden in the coming weeks
> In Zeewolde, The Netherlands, decommissioning three Vestas V52s and they are now on their way to Northern Ireland
> Loading a ship in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, with destination Turkey with two Vestas V80s, to be installed later this year
> In Germany foundation demolition is ongoing
This overview is only what our onsite people have been doing the last two weeks.

The other colleagues on the road from sales department, are working to buy several Enercon E70s, MM82, Vestas V80 and V90.
The project-team is preparing projects for decommissioning and installation and commissioning for UK, Sweden, Turkey, Germany and Belgium. This week two colleagues also visited The Hague, The Netherlands, to talk to several people of the Dutch government about the possibilities to supply wind turbines to Ukraine. This will help them to harvest Energy as there is a constant shortage and wind turbines can be installed rather quick.

In the meantime contractor Van de Vliert is busy constructing our new facility in Barneveld, The Netherlands. This week the basement is cleaned, and steel construction started. In the coming weeks, the steel structure will be finalized and walls paneled and then there is a building.

Always exiting topics within Business in Wind, always fun? Sometimes all this is very challenging. As we are all motivated to get things done and it becomes too much, we can always rely on support of our colleagues.
