Business in Wind becomes part of Iver Group

Franeker, Monday 13 July 2026 – Business in Wind becomes part of Iver Group. With this step, two experienced players in the wind sector are bringing together their knowledge, people and international experience. The partnership strengthens Iver Group’s position as a full-service partner in wind and broadens its European reach.

Business in Wind brings in-depth expertise in larger and more complex turbine projects, with specific knowledge of Vestas and Enercon turbines, among others. The company has extensive experience in international projects, including the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Nordics and Ukraine. In addition, Business in Wind has specialist knowledge of refurbishment and overhaul, including the dismantling, overhauling and reinstallation of used wind turbines and components. Iver Group adds its broad service organisation, operational strength and experience in maintenance, assembly, disassembly, main component replacements and turbine lifecycle management.

The acquisition is a logical step based on a long-standing collaboration. Both organisations know each other well and have previously worked together on projects and knowledge sharing. By joining forces, a stronger combination is created that can support customers even better in achieving the highest efficiency from their wind turbines.
